Fix A Low Backswing

Coming close to the floor on your kettlebell swing? Fix a low backswing on with a med ball.

On the backswing...

➡️ Aim for the triangle, above the knees.

➡️ Forearms should touch inner thighs.

➡️ Little to no visible "space" between your arms and body.

If you are swinging too low on the backswing it can definitely cause back pain, and your timing will be off. Try putting a med ball between your feet. It will encourage you to keep your backswing tighter and will give you immediate feedback if you don't.
